The course is intended to provide a good grounding in the overriding principles applying to the PRINCE 2 methodology as well as a detailed appreciation of the way in which PRINCE 2 Components, Procedures and Techniques interact to provide a supportive environment to develop projects within.

This course is intended for those who work in an organisation adhering to PRINCE2 or who will need to adhere to PRINCE2 practices in the future.The course is ideal for delegates who wish to get a thorough understanding of PRINCE2 through a practical workshop. Hands-on exercises and group work enable a practical understanding of the methodology. This enables delegates to then return to the workplace to implement PRINCE2 straight away.The course does not lead to undertaking any formal PRINCE2 Examinations. This means less time is spent on detailed theory and more time spent on effective practical application.
