Course Overview
This course concentrates on SharePoint from the contributor’s perspective. Specifically, this course will discuss the use of document libraries, lists, and the creation of new sites.

Course Objectives


Students will learn how to work with the intranet web sites created using Microsoft Office SharePoint Portal Server (SPS) 2003 and Microsoft Windows® SharePoint Services (WSS) 2.0 focusing on contributing information and enabling other visitors to stay up-to-date when items change.

On completing the course students will understand:

• The Check Out and Check In mechanisms of the document library
