Business Applications

So what is Business Applications Training

Whether its an off the shelf package such as Microsoft Office or a fully bespoke package unique to your business, your investment will be justified only when your team learn to utilise it to it's maximum potential.  Users are being asked to use an increasing number of applications which equips them to make more frequent and better informed business decisions. The emergence of Crystal Reports, Business Objects and Microsoft SharePoint are recent popular examples.

Why are we experts in Business Applications training ?

Our very first Business Application Programme was a classic example of how Pentland's Customer-Led approach works. It was back in 1993 when an international bathroom manufacturer approached us following installation of Microsoft Office and needed to train all of their staff to use the applications. Due to the client being new to PC technology (as most of us were back then!) there was no on-site training facility.  Pentland therefore created a classroom at its own offices to enable courses to be delivered off-site. 17 years and several versions of Microsoft Office later, we are still delivering Application training to them!

Business Application Training the Pentland Way
