Management & Personal Development
So what is Management & Personal Development Training?
By investing time and money improving your organisation's Leadership and Management skills, business leaders are starting to witness improvements within their organisation. We work across all areas of the management spectrum - and seek to improve skills such as communication, negotiation, meeting effectiveness, telephone and email conversations amongst your team.
Why are we experts in Management & Personal Development Training?
Our courses use Case Studies throughout the sessions in order to bring the topic to life. This approach, combined with plenty of practical group and individual work keeps attendees focused and engaged throughout the duration of the training.
All of Pentland tutors have hands-on experience in the subject area they are teaching, and are therefore able to pass on hints and tips taken from their years of experience - not something that is covered in a training manual!
